From first contact with Jordana being very clear about the areas being cleaned, timing and instructions to the last contact where they locked the door and sent pictures/videos of the place all cleaned. I asked them as an extra to sweep the balcony and they were promptly to clean it and remove all the dirty and soil left behind from the tenants.Overall my experience was amazing.
